How It begins
At 26, I swapped spreadsheets for backpacking boots. My journey through 50+ cities—from mystical tea mountains to a transformative 26-day Vipassana retreat—opened my heart to ancient wisdom and inner peace.
Inspired by these time-honored practices, Joy Flow was born—an invitation to experience slower, more intentional living, rooted in the rich heritage of Chinese craftsmanship and culture.
